Tresillian is seeking an Administration Assistant for the Tresillian Family Care Centre.
The Administration Assistant will be an integral member of the team, being responsible for providing “front of house” welcoming customer service to clients and staff who contact Tresillian for Day Services and Residential referrals and bookings; and the associated administration tasks, including Health Fund management.
Selection Criteria 1) Previous experience and knowledge of reception and administrative procedures including simple switchboard operating skills. 2) High level communication and public relation skills. 3) Demonstrated ability to work with minimal direction and undertake complex tasks and to organize and manage multiple tasks. 4) Medium to high level competence in the use of computer programs Word and Excel including data entry. 5) Experience with CERNER (the patient administration system) or willing to learn. 6) Basic knowledge of Medical Records maintenance procedures including knowledge of disease index or willing to learn. 7) Demonstrated good interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a team. 8) Demonstrated well developed and effective written skills.
